We met on the Green at East Quay on Thursday evening:
About 12 miles on Friday (from Wells to Brancaster Staithe) and 12 miles on Saturday (from Cley to Wells - with a detour to see the seals on Blakeney Point by boat).
The weather on Friday morning started off with a few drops of rain (just enough to moisturise the skin, according to Tom Gretton). By the time we reached Holkham Beach it was warm enough to encourage some skinny dipping.
In the evening it was clear and dry and bright enough to have fish and chips (and one dressed crab salad) on East Quay Green, accompanied by prodigious quantities of Alfred Gratien Champagne (thank you Jo Roll).

We awoke on Saturday morning to bright sunshine - which kept us warm and full of Vitamin D throughout the whole of Saturday.

More champagne on the Buttlands and a delicious dinner at the Crown brought the weekend to an end.
